To address of the Ekaterinburg firm "Supertender" (Ñóïåðòîðã) working on behalf of one of the Chinese firms, has arrived the commodity party of female boots with trade mark Lekka, intended for registration in a mode of internal consumption.
The customs inspection lead by employees of the Pervomaiskij customs post of Kurgansk customs, has revealed, that 1150 pairs have been declared as products from a leather substitute, and actually boots have been made with using of a natural leather.
According to the expert judgment, the material that goods, presented for examination, were made of the natural leather, market cost of the goods makes 2 300 000 roubles that exceeds the large size established by the note to item 169 of Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
On a question «Why the declarants tried to lead into error customs officers?» the answer is unequivocal: they wanted to bring down raised customs payments.
Such expensive "game" with the Law for unfair participants of foreign trade activities always comes to the end with excitation of criminal case. A considered case – not an exception: on the given fact by department of inquiry of customs was institute criminal case on part 1 item 188 of Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, informs the press-service of Kurgansk customs.
