The foundress of fashionable shoe brand Jimmy Choo-Tamara Mellon – sells the share (49 % of stocks) of the company. Under forecasts, Mellon’s profit on this transaction will make about 90 millions pounds.
37-years business - lady has based the company in 1996 for 150000 pounds which had been given to her by Tom Yeardye. Since that time price of brand Jimmy Choo has grown repeatedly – by various estimations, now it makes up to 180 millions pounds.
Shoes Jimmy Choo are known almost as the standard of fashionable footwear, and it is confirmed with a mention of them in a cult serial « Sex in the big city » and recent film « Devil wears Prada ». The list of the celebrities preferring footwear by Jimmy Choo to all other brands, is infinite. Naturally it includes Sarah Jessica Parker, Cameron Diaz, Beionce, Madonna and Victoria Bekhem.
