Very often buyers stay dissatisfied with quality of footwear they bought. There are already huge quantity of complaints keeping at city hall’s management of services sphere in Russian Consumers’ Supervision in Yaroslavl and committee on consumers’ rights protection, in law machinery. The Yaroslavl management on struggle against offences in the consumer market on February, 2 has checked up the shoe stall situated in a trading complex "Old city" (Ñòàðûé ãîðîä).
Results of operative checking are unfavorable. Only in three points from sale are withdrawn 36 pairs of footwear because businessmen haven’t had corresponding certificates of quality. The part of footwear was bought on Cherkithovsk market in Moscow and in the same place were getting the documents for it - certainly, counterfeit. Even expensive footwear which was positioned in boutiques as Italian has not sustained the checking. Documents for it were also absent.
If businessmen are not giving documents for footwear, it becomes a subject of proceeding. To tell the truth, on practice of the last year, from the 300 pairs which were withdrawn only 44 have been confiscated. The doubtful goods is coming back to sale and businessmen got off with the penalty at a rate of 4-5 thousands roubles
